Edgar Wright's Blue Song by Mint Royale

In terms of narrative, it is a clear and obvious one with the getaway driver passing the time as his accomplices rob a bank. However I think that the narrative is a very basic one, which is undertandable given that it is a music video crafted to showcase a new song. Moving on from this, I think there is a fair amount of charracter development in regards to the getaway driver. As the music video progresses, we see that although he is precise and critical over timings, the getaway driver is fun and spontanious as shown whith his carefree dance moves along with his eratic choices of disguises on the fly. Overall, I think that Edgar Wright does well in terms of conveying a basic narritive and developing the character of the getaway driver whilst working within with the restrictions of a music video format.
