Key differences between a feature length film and a short film
1. Storyline- In terms of storyline, short films are generally regarded to be harder to develope a concrete depth or substance because of the shorter time period that restricts such developement. However, feature length films are given apt time to deveope storylines and charracters to a point that short films usually cannot match purely as a reslut of a larger amount of screentime. Of course i recognise that this is not always the case, but i feel that it is a problem that shortfilmmakers face, some tackling it well and others not so much.
2. Money- There are many components that make a standard short film is cheaper to make than a standard feature length film, all of which stem from the fact that a standard short film needs less material than a standard feauture lenght film due almost entirely thier shorter running time. Components such as actors, editors and even the film itself are made significantly cheaper when working on a standard short film because of the diminutive nature of the production.
3. Time- On the one hand, a standard feature length film's shooting phase can last around 10-12 weeks (just one creative phase in making a movie) and post production can last around 6 months or even more. On the other hand, you would expect a sandard short film to take less time overall to develop due to the fact that the intended running time of the short film would be significantly less than a standard feature length film.

Good. Is there anything more you can say about narrative?
